Cannot create credit note

When trying to create a Credit Note, and following the online instructions, I cannot find the Credit Note option from:

File>New>Credit Note

How do I create the Credit Note otherwise?

Credit Notes were added in a recent version of Solar Accounts - download and install the latest version. This will automatically upgrade your existing installation.
