I have been a Solar accounts user for 10 years and am looking at going online. I switched this year to Quickbooks because of connection to my bank account that allows all my transitions to automatically populate in my accounts. Additionally, Qucikbooks has the 'Snap a receipt' function.
However, I much prefer solar.
Does Solar online have these two features, please?
I am a sole trader ex vat account.

Hi Noel,
Sorry no, Solar Accounts Online cannot connect directly to your bank
account and it cannot keep track of photos of your receipts. However, the
online version does allow you to import your bank statement files you
download from the bank's website in .qif or .ofx format - so in this regard
it will save you time compared to the old offline version of Solar
