Please can you tell me how I produce a Pro Forma Invoice.

Hi Dawn
Solar Accounts is not designed to produce a pro-forma invoice. However,
you can change the quote template to look like a pro-forma invoice. To do
this, click menu Setup > Page Layout > Invoice Template. Double-click on
the title and change it to 'Pro-forma Invoice'. Also double-click on
'Quote no' and change it to 'Document ID'.
Note that this will change the way a quote is printed or emailed, but it
will not change the Quote window on your screen.
