we have been using solar account for a few years and would like to transfer the solar account files (2 businesses) we have on our pc onto our Mac (we already have downloaded solar account onto the Mac and are using it with another file (a third business). I have transferred the files from the pc to a usb stick and have managed to open them and do my vat on the Mac but the files are still on the usb stick and I don't know how to merge them with the solar account on the Mac. could you help please. many thanks in advance. kind regards

Here's how to transfer your Solar Accounts data from your USB memory stick
to your Mac computer:
Close Solar Accounts
Open the Finder application (leftmost icon in your dock at the bottom of
your screen)
In the left side of the Finder window select the icon representing your
USB device
In the main section of your Finder window you should see the list of
files on your USB device. Select the Solar Accounts business data file and
drag it to your Desktop
Double-click on the icon on your desktop to open it in Solar Accounts
