We are in the process of setting up another business which will trade as a partnership and be vat registered and are looking at how is best to keep financial records.
Is it possible to add this our existing dashboard or would we need to to take a separate subscription ?

Hi Mike,
You can manage multiple businesses with one User ID. To add a business to
your user account log in and click menu File > New > Business, then follow
the setup instructions. Our billing system will increase your monthly
charge to include the subscription fee for the new business.
However, if you want to be charged separately (ie. charge a separate card
and have a separate invoice) you will instead need to create a new user
account - log out and click 'Create New User Account' from the login page,
then follow the steps to add a business to your new user account.
