Issue with Solar Accounts App Not Opening

Hi. My Solar accounts has stopped working. It keeps saying there is an error. It will not open up at all. I use the old version as I am in Spain and do not need to submit a tax return to the UK tax office. I have submitted the error report a few times. Is there a problem from your side?

Hi Andrew,

Regarding the problem of Solar Accounts not opening, do you see anything
after you double-click on the app icon? Also, what operating system are
you using - eg. Windows 10?
