Splitting Payments for Multiple Businesses

I have 3 business's set up on Solar and therefore pay a total of £39.60 for all of them
Is it possible to split the payments so they are paid from each individual business i.e £13.20 from 3 different payment methods?

Hi Nita,

To split your monthly payments for Solar Accounts into 3 you will need to
create 2 extra user accounts and import the data into those accounts.
Here's how to do that:

1. Note your User ID and then log in and open one of the business records

2. Click menu File > Create Backup > On This Computer, then save the backup
   file

3. Click menu File > Log Out, then select 'Create a new user account' below
   the password field

4. Follow the prompts to create a new user account until you get the option
   'Import Existing File', then select that option and select the backup file
   you saved in Step 2

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to create another user account for the other business

6. Log in with the User ID you noted in Step 1 and remove the two
   businesses from that user account

In this way you will have 3 separate user accounts which can be billed
separately.
