Do you have a payroll system and if so can it be used half way through the tax year. My accountant currently does my payroll but use Sage which I hate with a passion and would like to do it with you

Sorry no, we don't have a payroll module for Solar Accounts. You will need
to use another software product to produce payslips and P60 forms, then
enter the employee payments in Solar Accounts like this:
