How do you record a trivial benefit for both a Director and an Employee in the Solar accounting system.

Can you describe what kind of benefit the director and employee received?
Is it due to personal use of company property?

A Director of a close company can have a trivial benefit capped at £300. Pa. also employees can have £50 these benefits are tax free. How do you record the vouchers regarding this issue.
