VAT Issue with Solar Accounts

Hi
I am just thinking of purchasing an iPad pro, will the package
work on iOS please?

Hi Chris

Sorry no - Solar Accounts only runs on Mac and Windows computers, not iPads

Thanks for that.

I now have a problem paying & submitting my VAT.

The package says I am not signed up to digital VAT, which I am

I have checked with the HRMC who says I am signed up, then she made me go on line and
disconnect Solar Accounts, then she said I need to check with you,
basically I am just going round in circles the software keeps saying the same

An email or maybe preferably a call may help, after 10.30 please

Hi Chris

If you are seeing the error message "You are not authorised to connect with
organisation..." the most likely cause is that you have logged into the
HMRC website using the wrong Government Gateway User ID. Have you been
issued with more than one Government Gateway User ID? If so, log into
Solar Accounts and open the main window and press Ctrl + F6 (on Windows) or
Command + Option + R (on Mac). You should see a message asking if you want
to clear your old HMRC authorisation code - click 'yes' and then try to
connect to HMRC again. When you log into HMRC please check that you are
using the correct Government Gateway User ID.
