hi Im looking to upgrade to your online accounts which I have used in the trial period successfully.

The amount though to be paid is strange in that for a month it is charging me £11 a week (the same week for 4 weeks) then £25 then vat? This is something around £70 a month? Think your costs were quoted previously at about £30 a month?

Please advise.

Hi Andrew,

The pricing for Solar Accounts Online depends on the number of businesses
you are managing. If you only have one VAT-registered business then the
monthly price should be £25 + VAT.

Can you please tell me your User ID for Solar Accounts? That will help me
investigate why you are seeing a different price in your case.

I don’t realise I had to pay for each set of accounts so I will delete some as necessary.

As an existing solar account user for several years (not on line) I understood it would be £20 a month (if vat) and £9 (no vat), looks like I am also being charged as of a new user.

Not at desk at present to give my user if but will send later today.

Hi Andy,

I'm afraid the old price of £20 + VAT was only available to users who
signed up to the online version before 17 March 2019.

If you log in and see the credit card payment screen you can click 'Cancel'
then remove the business entries you don't need, then log in again to see
the updated price.
