Is there a way in which we can limit the access to solar accounts. ie to employees who we may want to see customers outstanding invoices to take payment or perhaps some supplier info. of course we wouldnt want employees to have access to bank account details etc.

Unfortunately no - there is no way to limit another user's access to the
business data. I'll note your support for this feature in our development
