Invoice Email Delivery Issue

Hi

I have noticed that when we send our invoices out via email it tells us it has been delivered but no longer shows it has been opened. Is this now normal?

Apart from this still love the system!

Hi Barry,

The 'opened' message is sent by your recipient's email system, so it may be
that your recipient has changed their settings to not notify our system
that the email has been opened.
