Is there a quick way to select all customers to print all customer statements ? or can you only print customer statements one by one ?

Yes to print all customer statements:
Go to the Customers list and select the first customer row
Scroll to the bottom of the list and hold down the Shift key and select
the last customer row. This should select all customers.
Click menu File > Print > Invoice Statement (or Activity Statement) for
Selected Customers
