We have subscription to your 'Solar accounts online' as well as having a version of your 'Solar accounts 3' software. I wondered if it was possible for us to create a accessible local backup for our Solar online business account perhaps in a .slr format that can be opened with Solar accounts 3. Alternatively is there any other way we can access the data that is stored in the software ,if we were to cancel our subscription, other than in a .csv format?

Hi Jenny,
Unfortunately the online version of Solar Accounts isn't designed to save a backup file which can be read in the offline version. Currently if you cancel your subscription we can email you a .slr file containing a copy of your online data which you can open in the offline version. However, we cannot guarantee that this option will be available in future.
