How do I introduce the balances from a previous financial year from a trial balance prepared from an alternative integrated accounting software package.
The sofware previsouly used is no longer available so Solar accounts is now the defaulkt accounting system for my company

Firstly click menu Setup > Financial Year, then check that the current
financial year start date is correct. Then go to the Accounts list and set
the Opening Balance figure to match the Trial Balance from the previous
year.
