How do I transfer to new laptop operating on Windows 10S?
Existing online account runs on windows 10.

Unfortunately Solar Accounts Online cannot run on Windows 10 when it is
running in 'S mode'. This is because S mode only allows programs to be
installed from the Windows App Store. To resolve the problem you will
first need to switch out of S mode as described here:

Then download and run Solar Accounts as described here:
https://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/download
Then log in with the same User ID and password as you use on the old
computer.
