My client has given me a share code but I cant access the data. It spins saying trying to access data for a long time and then says and error has occurs. But others who has access to this solar are able to access it.
Why is this? Are you able to fix this? Thanks

It may be that your computer is low on free memory. Please try restarting
your computer, then log into Solar Accounts and enter the sharing code
again. Does that work for you?
