Splitting Company Accounts and Direct Debit Query

I currently have 3 companies in my account which I pay Direct debit, I am looking to seperate them with each company having there own access and direct debit, can you advise best way to do this

Hi David,

Our billing system doesn't allow direct debit charges - we can only accept
payment by credit card or debit card.

If you would like us to make 3 separate charges each month (to the same
card or to different cards) then please do the following:

  1. Start Solar Accounts and write down your current User ID

  2. Log into your account and open one of the business accounts

  3. Click menu File > Create Backup, then save the backup file

  4. Click menu File > Log Out

  5. Click the 'Create a new user account' and enter the personal details (you can use the same email address as your original user account)

  6. Click Next and write down your new User ID, then click Next again

  7. Click 'Import Existing File' and select the backup file you created in Step 2

  8. Repeat steps 2-7 to create another user account with another business

  9. Log out and Log in with your original User ID and remove the 2 businesses you have moved to the other user accounts

Once you do that you will have 3 separate user accounts which will be
billed separately for each business. If you get stuck at any point please
let me know what step you reach and any error message.
