Hacked Solar Accounts and Email Scams

Hi Guys,
I've had my solar accounts/system hacked. And a customer of mine received emails with my estimate etc and she transferred the money to the hackers of £1000. A bank called APS Financial, London are behind it.
I've changed my passwords etc , but an estate agent that owed me money, got the same hackers, but luckily I had made them aware of the scam emails.
Are you aware of this problem?

Hello Mr MacGillicuddy,

Thank you for reporting the scam. We were not aware of this particular
scam, but we have seen similar email scams in the past - that is why all
emails sent from our system include the words, "Important: Email networks
are often insecure and thieves can send fake messages. If you receive
instructions to pay into a new bank account, always check the bank account
details with the payee first by telephone".

Keep in mind that sometimes a scammer doesn't need to hack into your
account - if they know the email address of your customer then they can
simply send a fake email pretending to be you.

Can you please tell us your User ID? Also, please ask your customers to
forward to us the fake emails - this will help us look into the problem
further.

Hello Hello Mr MacGillicuddy,

Further to my previous email: we recommend you set up Two-Step Login for
additional security - this will mean that you need a code from your mobile
phone in order to log into Solar Accounts Online. To set up Two-Step
Login, log into Solar Accounts and click menu File > Security > Use
Two-Step Login, then follow the instructions.
