Issue with Auto-Generating Invoice Numbers

When i create an invoice i am having to change invoice number manually, why please?

Hi David,

It sounds like you have not recorded the 'next' invoice number in the
sequence that Solar Accounts expects. To fix the problem, click menu Setup
> Transaction Defaults > Transaction ID, then change the Next Number field
to be the correct next number in the sequence you want.
