Transferring Solar Accounts to MacBook

Hi
I purchased the offline version of solar accounts a few years ago and downloaded it to my windows based laptop. I now have a MacBook and was wondering if there is anyway to transfer the program over?

Hi Claire,

Yes here's how to transfer your Solar Accounts data to a new computer (the
process is the same for Mac and PC)

1. First install the offline version of Solar Accounts as described here:
   https://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/download.php?online=false

2. Then copy your .slr file from the Documents folder on your old computer
   to the Documents folder on the new computer and double-click on the file to
   open it in Solar Accounts. (If your .slr file is a backup, rename it to
   remove the word 'backup' from the file name)

3. Then click 'Register Purchase' from the Help menu and enter your
   original purchase code
