how do I change the e mail on out going invoices please

If you use the email system that is built into Solar Accounts Online then
you can change the "From" email address by clicking menu Setup > Contact
Details & VAT.

Hi im not on line and i have changed the email there but still caries
the old one when launching a new e mail.?

Hi Ross,

If you aren't using the in-built email system of Solar Accounts Online then
you will be using an external email program to send your emails. You will
need to ask the provider of that email program how to change the "From"
address in that program.
