We're having trouble with the software saving all previous items that we've quoted for, with all the slight variations we've got ten/twenty of some products and it makes quoting complicated and mistakes are being made.
Can you let me know how we can wipe the archive completely so we can start a fresh?

Solar Accounts is not designed to wipe the list of items as the list is
simply populated based on past items. If you see an item with the wrong
variation you can remove it by right-clicking and selecting 'Remove from
list'
