We have purchased the online version but we have made a mistake. We set it up in to test in April on one day but continued using the offline version. We are now ready to migrate our accounts over to the online version but when we open it we can't load in the latest accounts file that we have continued to maintain in the offline account. When we log in to the online version it has our accounts up to 24th April and there doesn't appear to be an option to load in the latest file.
Please can you advise.

No problem - here's how to update your online account with your latest
offline data:
1. Log into your online account and click menu File > Close
2. Select the business name and click 'Remove'
3. Click Add > Import From Existing File
4. Select your .slr file and click Open
5. Wait for the main business window to open
6. Check that your data is up to date
