Can you explain how this is happening
If I go to submit my VAT Return using Others it is less than when I submit it directly using HMRC Link.

Hi David,

When you choose to submit your VAT return directly to HMRC you have the
option to adjust the VAT return figures to account for changes you made to
transactions in previous VAT return periods. If you choose this option
then the figures may be different to when you do not select this option
(which is not available if you submit using other software)

I don’t change anything manually this is what I don’t understand why the 2 figures can be different
