I have Solar Accounts 3 and do the accounts for another business not on SA3. When I try to upgrade the other account it doesn't work as I already have it.How do I overcome this please?

I'm not sure I understand your situation. You said that you do the
accounts for another business which is not on Solar Accounts 3 and want to
upgrade it. Do you mean you want to upgrade to the online version of Solar
Account? Can you tell me what steps you are taking to upgrade it? Also,
what is the error message you see?

The SA keeps asking if I want to upgrade. I use the free trial offer but when I boot up it is still on the old system.
Sorry I meant one is SA online the other is SA3.

Solar Accounts Online is a completely separate program from Solar Accounts
3. You should find that you have two Solar Accounts icons in the dock at
the bottom of your screen. If you hover your mouse over each icon, you
should find that one is labelled "Solar Accounts 3" and the other is
labelled "Solar Accounts Online". If you run the Solar Accounts Online
version then you should see a small login screen at the beginning.
If you want to upgrade to the online version, follow the 5 steps shown on
this page:
