Hi,
I currently have accounts packages with you in respect of 2 businesses. One is Maxwell Tree Care, the other The Terrace Cafe. As the cafe has now ceased trading and final accounts have been processed, we no longer need this package with you. I would therefore be grateful if you could shut down this account and confirm the new monthly payments will be amended to reflect only the the Maxwell Tree Care business.

Hi Sarah,
For security reasons I don't have access to the name of each business
record you have set up. To remove one of your businesses from your
account, please log in and then select the business record and click the
'Remove' button at the bottom of the list, then click OK to confirm.
Once you have done that please email me and I will check that our billing
system will only charge you for one business going forward.
