Removing VAT from Invoice Template

Is there anyway to remove the VAT element from the invoice template. We are not VAT registered and so dont require it.

Hi Sandra,

Yes here's how you can remove the VAT information from the invoice template:

1. Click menu Setup > Page Layout > Invoice Template

2. Double-click on the body of the invoice table

3. Untick the checkbox labelled 'VAT' and click OK

4. Scroll to the bottom and double-click on the VAT Total field and clear
   the text

5. Double-click on the [Tax Tota] field and clear the text

Click OK or Save to close the page template window
