Hello, have just updated to Catalina 10.15 on my mac and now unable to open solar accounts 3
Please advise

Hello Amanda,

I'm afraid that the latest version of MacOC cannot run 32-bit software, and
we don't have any plans to provide an update to the offline version of
Solar Accounts. Your best approach is to make a backup of all your data
then perform a 'factory reset' on your computer to revert to a previous
version of MacOS (please contact Apple for details of how to do this), then
re-install the offline version of Solar Accounts from our website

Hi Amanda,

The online version costs £25 + VAT per month if your business is registered
for VAT, otherwise £11 + VAT per month.
