Duplicate Charges Issue

I sent a message eariler so I understand it's £25 monthly but I am being asked for 2 x £25 can you explain/correct this please.

Hi Tony

It sounds like you have set up a second business record in Solar Accounts.
Please do the following:

  1. Log into Solar Accounts Online

  2. When you see the credit card payment screen, click 'Cancel'

  3. You should see two business records listed. Select the business record
    you don't need and click 'Remove'

  4. Restart Solar Accounts Online and log in again - you should now only see
    the amount for £30
