Unfortunately the latest version of MacOC cannot run 32-bit software, and
we don't have any plans to provide an update to the offline version of
Solar Accounts. Your best approach is to make a backup of all your data
then perform a 'factory reset' on your computer to revert to a previous
version of MacOS (please contact Apple for details of how to do this), then
re-install the offline version of Solar Accounts from our website

I understand what you are saying but I need to run the latest version of the Mac OS for my design business so the solution is not much use to me.
Please let me know if you have any other suggestions as I really need to be able to invoice my clients as I always have done?

If you are unable to revert to your previous operating system version, then
you may want to consider switching to the online version of Solar
Accounts. This version can run on Mac OS 10.15 but requires a monthly fee
- see this page for details <https://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/upgrade>.

Alternatively you may want to obtain a cheap second-hand Windows computer
to run the old version of Solar Accounts.

Yes I understand that I can pay for a new online version but do not want to pay a monthly subscription.
Please advise when you will update the software before I decide to purchase Quickbooks?

Hi Keri,

I'm afraid we have no plans to update the offline version of Solar
Accounts. It is very likely that we will only sell licences on a monthly
subscription basis in future.
