Hello, I would like to know the procedure if we need to stop the Solar Accounts. We have used it for a long time now, it's superb! However, as hardly doing any work now it seems a bit excessive. If we cancel it, are we still able to access all our information and print things off, and do things like invoices? We have saved a lot of bookwork and paper by having it like this. What would we lose when we stop paying?

To cancel your subscription please send us an email from the registered
email account and include your User ID. After you cancel we can give you
free read-only access to your data for 2 years. This would allow you to
view and print reports, but not to edit or create new invoices.
