Is there a report that you can obtain of total sales to individual customers, showing total of sales whether paid or not, as it would be good to have an idea how much total business you have had with individual customers.

Sorry no, there is no such report. I can see it would be a useful report though - we'll note your suggestion as a feature request in our system and let you know if we add it in future.

Likewise for suppliers, it would be good to know total spends with them, for the purpose of negotiating discounts.
