I'm currently trialling Solar and am very happy with it - will purchase in a few weeks...
...however, I'm now having a problem printing...
I've just got a new computer and loaded Solar onto there which has windows XP Pro (previous computer I was using was XP Home) - now I find that invoices/statements etc won't print - the files will spool and the printer will commence to load paper as if about to print but goes no further... no matter how long I wait!
Do I need to download a patch for XP Pro?. My printer is an Epson Stylus Color 1520 and is working fine with other programs.

Hi Sarah,
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble printing. Can you please close Solar Accounts and email me your data file?
One work-around is to export to a PDF file, then open the file in Adobe Acrobat and print from that program. Can you tell me if this works?
