Hello, I currently sell on ebay and receive payment by Paypal, please can you advise if you accounts package can incorporate Paypal payments and if the 3 user license means we and use across a WAN over 3 locations?

Yes, Solar Accounts supports PayPal transactions - here is our help page on these transactions:

You can remotely access your data by storing your file on a network drive, however only one installation of Solar Accounts can open the file at a time.
