Paper with existing header

How do I alter the invoice printing if I want to use headed paper?

Hi Alison,

Unfortunately Solar Accounts is not designed to print onto paper with an existing header. You have two 'workaround' choices:

1. Export the invoice to an excel spreadsheet, remove the title fields in Excel, then print from Excel

2. Set the invoice title and company details to be blank. To do this, click menu Setup > Customise Invoice > Field Names, clear the Invoice Title field and click OK. Then click Setup > Contact Details and VAT, and clear all the fields listed under Contact Details.

I know that neither of these approaches is a good way to handle the problem. I will record your email to be notified in case we add better support for pre-printed invoices in future.
