Can Solar Accounts handle Cash Accounting Option for VAT Returns?

Hi Ian,
Yes, that's no problem. Click menu Setup > Contact Details & VAT. Then ensure that in the VAT Details section it says 'VAT Is Calculated: When Payments Are Received'.
