Is there any way I can cut and paste from a word document to a solar invoice as most of our invoices are a replica of our estimates and this would save time

Sorry no, you cannot copy-and-paste an entire word document - you would need perform a copy-and-paste for each invoice field.
Note that Solar Accounts can now produce quotes. To convert the quote to an invoice, you just right-click on the quote in a list and select 'Copy to Invoice'.
