I wounder if you could help me to know that how the year closing are being made and balances are carried forward to next year.
I can not find any thing in the Help.

Once you have entered all your transaction for the financial year, click menu Setup > Financial Year > New financial year. This will transfer the income and expense balances to the Retained Earnings account.
