VAT on partly private telephone bill

How can I adjust the Vat reclaimed on expenses for instance I only claim 90% of vat on telephone bill 10% is for private use

Hi Pat,

You will need to create two separate transactions - one with the usual VAT Treatment (ie 'Purchase of Goods or Services from UK Supplier') and the other with VAT Treatment of 'Out of Scope'.
