Hi Mark. My web browser does not automatically open up when I click on ask a question on line - it did until recently. Any idea how I can fix this? Sara

Sorry, but we can't really diagnose that problem. The simple work-around is open your web browser then go to this page:
http://www.solaraccounts.co.uk/help/
