great programme but when i select invoice to print i can print one copy ok if i select 2 copys it prints only one and printer returns with error all other programs print multi copys ok so its not the printer
any ideas

I'm afraid we don't know what is causing the problem with printing two copies - yours is the first report we've had of this problem. One work-around is to export the invoice to a PDF file, then open the file in Adobe Acrobat and print two from that program.
