Different file for each year?

Hi

Do I need to open a new business file for each year or can I just continue on in the same file?

Hello John,

Just use the same file. When you have entered all your transactions for the year, click menu Setup > Financial Year > Start a new financial year. This will reset the balances of your income and expense accounts to zero.
