have been trying to find a way of merging all the client information to create a single letter for all the clients in my list, just wondering if this is possible to do so?
maybe creating the letter on microsoft word and using the client list on solar accounts.

Sorry no, Solar Accounts doesn't directly offer a mail-merge feature.
However, you can export the Customer data to a CSV file. To do this, click menu File > Export To > Comma-Separated CSV File. Select only 'Customers' and click Export. You should then be able to use the mail-merge feature in Word and import the data from this CSV file.
