daily sales entry

is it possible or sensible to use the software for a shop that does not need to enter each individual transaction but record daily:
sales non vat
sales vat
sales 5%vat
cash in
cards in - straight to bank
cheques
and sales made on account
thanks

For different VAT rates, create additional lines with the different VAT rates. For Cash and Cheques set the Deposit Into Account to 'Money to be Banked'. For cards, set the Deposit Into Account to 'Cheque Account'

For sales on account you will need to create an invoice to represent the money owed to you by the customer.
