Hi can anyone explain why when i mail an invoice it opens the default mail which is microsoft out look but fails to deliver the mail ?

Hi Dave,

Solar Accounts opens a new message in your default mail program so you can edit the message before you send it. If the email is not delivered after you click 'Send' in Microsoft Outlook, it sounds like Outlook is not configured correctly. You may need to obtain support for Outlook to correct the problem. Alternatively, export the invoice to a PDF file then attach it to a message in a different email program (eg. Hotmail).
