System is working well, thanks, just one little annoyance.
When I shut down the program and then go to log back into it at a later date, it keeps saying that the file is missing I have to keep browsing to it in windows explorer.
When I find it, for some reason a "~" has been added to the front of the file name.
It's just gets a bit annoying really.....
Anything I can do to stop this?

Hi Phil,
Normally this happens when Solar Accounts hasn't had time to close correctly - most likely because you shut down your computer without first closing Solar Accounts. The solution is to click Exit from the File menu in Solar Accounts and wait for the 'Closing File' window to complete before shutting down your computer.

We had this issue with a customer and it was caused by backup software holding the file open. So a new file was created each time progressively prepending a tilde each time the file was accessed.
