Using invoice as email attachment

Is it possible when an invoice is created to take a copy of it to be sent initially to my documents file for use as an email attachment..

Yes it's easy to save an invoice as a PDF file to your "My Documents" folder. Just select the invoice in the list and click File > Export to PDF.
