Is there any way to use this program across two computers? I am based at home where I have a main PC but then use a laptop when I am away. Can the information be synchronised between the two? They are networked when I am home but I may be away for some weeks with only my laptop.

You can transfer data between your computers by copying your Solar Accounts data file from one computer to another. See this page for more details:

I must admit that I do the same thing, the file I use and the master file is on a memory stick, which I back up to the hard drive of my PC.

I like this solution, because when I open the program without the memory stick connected i doesn't appear in the list of recent files.
